Method of Use

Connect the controller electric/power plug to the electric power outlet.  Then, lay on a flat bed or mat and place the Heat Pad either on your stomach, chest or face.  Press the power button to turn on and set your usage requirement settings.  Turn off the power after usage and un-plug electric/power plug from the electric power outlet.  Heat Pad is available for your personal use with 3 temperatures controller setting,  with timer setting of 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 8 hours.  Recommended to use for an intensive sauna treatment.  Heat Pad is foldable for easy storage.  Don’t immerse controller on the water or any liquid substance.  Don’t place Heat Pad on wet area or/and in flammable room.  Avoid stepping on Heat Pad or drop it from with high-impact.    Contra-indication/not advisable for people who have pacemaker device implanted,  suffered hemorrhagic stroke, are pregnant, hemophiliacs and have high blood  pressure (check blood pressure first).
